  Conservatory removal and extension

  We can’t thank Bernie and the team enough for the fantastic job. Not only did the job start as scheduled we had no delays from start to finish; which considering this was done during a global pandemic is nothing short of a miracle and a reflection on Bernie’s project management skills. At each step of the build Bernie explained what was going to happen so we knew what to expect. The quality of the build, materials and finish are exceptional. For the few that have been able to see the finished article they are amazed and impressed by the overall quality. Top top job

  Remove load bearing wall, fit steels, fit spot lights, plaster ceilings.

  Bernie and his crew were very professional, polite and on time. Work was done to a very high standard I could not be more happier with the finished product. I will be using Reliable Cheshire Builders for all my work in the future. Price of the job was very competitive.

  Demolition of existing plasterboard partitions to knock 2 bedrooms into 1 with separate dressing area. Construction of new plasterboard partitions and relocation of electrical switches and sockets. Installation of insulated plasterboard to sloping ceiling soffit. Making good and replastering as required.Partitions in different

  Bernie and his team were very conscientious and were able to complete the work quickly and to a high standard. They adopted safe methods of working in accordance with the Covid restrictions. Their communication skills were high and they adopted a positive approach to the project. I was delighted with the quality of their work that was delivered within the budget.   Knock through of dinning room to kitchen and installed downstairs bathroom suite

  Bernie and his team were very flexible and gave good advice about changes to the work, they were also able to fit in the downstairs suite to the schedule.

  Convert conservatory into living room

  We had used Bernie for a previous build so knew that work done should be competitively priced, to a very good standard and within an agreed time line. He and his staff worked hard throughout their time here and we were happy to leave them in the house whilst we were at work. An unexpected problem arose regarding the footings but this was quickly sorted and a fair additional cost was agreed. Bernie kept us up to date during various stages of the job and everything was tidied at the end of each day. We were very pleased with the end result and we recommend Bernie and his staff.

  Kitchen extension, new flat roof and fully fitted kitchen

  First class planning, advice and workmanship throughout all aspects of the job. Bernie had 5 years previously completed a 2 storey side extension and re-roofing project for us along with a new block paved driveway to the same impeccable standard of workmanship. We would happily recommend Bernie and his team to anyone.
