Rod came to price the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable about what was require. He gave a very fair price was not the least expensive nor far from the most expensive. We had a persistent leak with our rear chimney that was damaging the plasterboard. After one unsuccessful attempt to fix it from another contractor, Rod came and took a look with his drone and suggested the best course of action was to remove in entirely. Rodney had completed a roof replacement for us, when working for a previous company. Because of our prior excellent experience, I had no hesitation in contacting him again, after a bad experience with below-standard tradesmen, had left a deliberate hole in my roof! Rod and the team repaired said damage, replaced old guttering and repointed the chimney stack. Work was carried out on time, for a fair price and debris thoroughly cleaned & removed afterwards. We had an issue with our victorian terrace. We had a leak that was getting worse where the chimney met the edge of walls in the roof. Rodney took time to quote the work thoroughly with a pricing which was fair. He also took the time to walk through some options of what might be the cause of the leak in his experience of working on old terraces. The work was carried out to a high standard and any delays were always communicated clearly. He even returned when something was still not quite fixed. We are now monitoring the roof over time.
