  Professional service to the highest standard

  The service was carried out with extreme care and professionalism. It followed standards and the engineer (Denis) was super kind. He didn’t rush matters and took all necessary care towards safety and security when fixing the boiler.

  New boiler installation plus Hive

  Upgraded our old boiler to a new condensing boiler and added Hive smart heating control. Had a site visit beforehand to review the current installation, discuss our future needs and planned some improvements to make things simpler and more efficient going forward. Booked a date and everything went as planned. Really pleased with Harry who did our installation. He was friendly, absolutely knew his stuff and worked late to make sure everything was completed on time. Have used Reliant on a number of jobs in the property and they've always done a first class job, I highly recommend these guys.

  Heating and plumbing repairs and replacement

  Reliant LDN undertook a number of jobs at my property, including Boiler service, replacement of underfloor heating valves, shower plumbing and pump, new hot water and heating thermostat, replacement WC, new water softener etc. John from Reliant came to assess the work beforehand and provided clear advise and reasonable quotes. Despite a number of challenges all the work was completed to an excellent standard, on time and in line with the estimates. John and his team (including the helpful office staff) were very friendly and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend and use again.

  Ricky and his team, Simon, Ethan and Alfie were very professional, considerate and helpful. I had complete confidence in their work as everything was fully explained to me. Ricky has also assured me that he will deal with any further assistance should I need it. Very reassuring.

  Boiler Replacement

  I hired Reliant to replace my ageing boiler. Their quote was very detailed and they provided a competitive price. John was happy to talk me through my options and make adjustments based on my requirements. Over the two days the work took place their plumber Harry was excellent. Despite it being the hottest day of the year he kept a really positive attitude and took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about the new boiler/smart thermostat. Afterwards he cleaned up to a high standard and removed all rubbish. Would use again and recommend.

  Replacement of a gas boiler

  After a very efficient service of our ancient gas boiler where we discussed a replacement, I decided to go ahead and replace it. Harry was very efficient, friendly and helpful and I couldn't recommend him or Reliant London enough. We needed some additional work and this was completed with both professionalism and friendliness. Additionally, I paid a very fair price for the project.
