    I had a small repair job being a long-damaged tile high up the roof which had started to cause damp in the attic. I phoned Remedial in the afternoon and discussed the problem with Joe, including that I already had some spare tiles. He said he was doing a job in the area and would come round the following day. In fact two friendly workers appeared next afternoon with suitable ladders and did the repair on the spot. Outstanding service.
