Booked in a job a week in advance agreed on a date, time and amount. On the day Mick was supposed to arrive at 10:30, at 10:44 I called him and his phone was off and at 10:58 I called again for it to ring and go to voicemail (so he deliberately didn't answer). I also text him to ask what time he would be arriving to get no response. I waited at the property for a whole hour, waste of time and very frustrated to get messed around by 'apparent professionals'.

Contacted me by phone within a few minutes of my Checkatrade enquiry. Polite and attended the same morning. Very helpful. Sorted my problem. Would recommend.

Mick did an outstanding job disconnecting and decommissioning an old alarm system which had been causing issues. He was very knowledgeable and made lots of recommendations for a future wireless alarm and camera system. Lucky to have found him!
