I would highly recommend this company. On Saturday our shower hot and cold taps suddenly came loose & water started gushing everywhere, so we had to turn off the mains water. Two plumbers came out on Sunday to inspect the problem, identify the taps & gave a fixed quote for parts & labour. They returned on Monday to remove the damaged parts & fitted temporary valves so we could have water back on while waiting for the replacement part. Using WhatsApp made everything much easier as we could send photos. They came back on Thursday afternoon to fit the new part and did a really good job.

Really quick turn around! Sent details of the job, they gave me a ballpark quote for materials/parts, supplied receipts and explained when i had questions. Great experience.

Highly recommend, booking the job was quite easy with good communication on Whatsapp. The team arrived on time on the day and the work was well done. Any additional work/fees were communicated prior to being carried out.

Job completed to good standard. No problems when I had to change the date of my original booking to a later date.

Very grateful for the job carried out by the team. They arrived later than planned but gave me good notice and an accurate ETA. After a quick look into the issue Valentine gave me an estimate of the time it would take and reminded me of their hourly rate. He also let me know he would need some parts but he knew an inexpensive shop nearby. After grabbing the parts he gave me a receipt of the purchase so the cost was clear. The works took 3 hours exactly. They did not verbally state the overall cost when leaving but upon receiving the invoice there were no hidden fees.
