Super responsive and straightforward. Would use again.

The job was to replace a bathroom and kitchen tap (which I supplied). The guys came when they said they would, on a Wednesday after we fixed the job on Sunday afternoon/evening. Price was as quoted. No compliants, and they pointed out that my kitchen strainer needed replacing, which I was able to do myself.

I urgently needed to install a sink in my toilet and do some retiling to apply for a new HMO license. I put the job on CheckATrade, and within 20 minutes, Valentine had replied to the listing, and by the end of the day, he had visited the property and had assessed the job. I was so glad I chose Valentine and his team. He was reliable, and I could always reach him when I had a question about the work. He was very thorough and provided a very detailed quote. The work was excellent, and his team are very hardworking and professional. I have already recommended him to a neighbour. 10/10

I would highly recommend this company. On Saturday our shower hot and cold taps suddenly came loose & water started gushing everywhere, so we had to turn off the mains water. Two plumbers came out on Sunday to inspect the problem, identify the taps & gave a fixed quote for parts & labour. They returned on Monday to remove the damaged parts & fitted temporary valves so we could have water back on while waiting for the replacement part. Using WhatsApp made everything much easier as we could send photos. They came back on Thursday afternoon to fit the new part and did a really good job.
