Re-rendering of back of house

Re-render of the rear of the house
Although the start date of the work was delayed due to an unusually wet Spring, once the work commenced it was completed promptly. In addition, the scaffolding was put up just before the start of the work and taken down immediately after. The whole team were courteous and informative and did not get in our way at all. I was given a choice of colours for the finish and could pick one that matched the colour of the rest of the house. The final result looks good with finishing details. Full exterior re-render
Dave and his team were excellent from start to finish. Consistent communication throughout and not only did they ensure they kept mess to a minimum and tidied up frequently, they even came back to do some remedial work to patches of the lawn which got damaged during the works. Dave and his team were professional and courteous and kept not only ourselves updated, but ensured our neighbours knew when work would occur on our adjoining wall to ensure their cars were kept clean and safe. Repair of damaged exterior render
I called a few companies about the job but Dave came across as the most knowledgeable and flexible, and was happy to come come over in person to assess the job. (Worth adding that a few renderers said they couldn't even undertake this type of work). Dave and his colleague Aaron completed the work with minimal fuss and it's an excellent finish - exceeding what we'd expected - and Dave was also happy to pass on ideas and advice.
