  Very unprofessional and rude

  had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the beginning, communication was unprofessional and dismissive. When I raised reasonable questions and concerns, I felt that I was treated rudely rather than respectfully. Responses were delayed, unclear, and at times came across as confrontational. What frustrated me most was the lack of professionalism in handling the situation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the company appeared uninterested in customer service and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

  UPVC Guttering

  Excellent work & very polite

  Got a knock on my door & opened it to find Daniel standing there, he was clearing the gutters at a house across the road & asked if I’d like mine doing, he gave me time to look him up online while he did the other job, & when he came back he cleared my front gutters & put the protectors back in place properly, & put up with being bombarded by a seagull because I’ve a baby in a nest up there!! He took before & after photos, checked the back ones & took photos to show me there was only a small amount of moss there so they didn’t need doing, & he took the rubbish away because I’ve no green bin👏
