I wouldn't normally go with the cheapest quote I received for a job, but I was so blown away by the helpfulness & professionalism of Doris & Winson that I was thrilled to engage them in our extension. As part of the project, they removed a 2 storey chimney breast, knocked out our downstairs bathroom (opening up our kitchen to overlook the garden) & installed a new bathroom upstairs whilst extending the 1st floor to accommodate a new double bedroom. They planned meticulously to ensure that there were no unforeseen expenses. Their workers are polite & respectful - we formed a great relationship!

Highly recommend Renewvate! They revamped our home flawlessly - including changing the layout of the ground floor, removing internal load bearing walls, installing new roof tiles, flooring, completely revamping our kitchen and bathroom, new windows, damp proofing, etc, etc, etc.... Communication was excellent, and they kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring that our vision was realised to perfection. Easy to reach and flexible throughout the project. I used Renewvate to build my rear extension and have been very happy with the quality and professionalism of the job. The process has been seem less which has been handy as I did not need the stress whilst working from home. The workers were friendly and left the site clean at the end of the day. They went over and beyond to make sure the project was a success. I would whole heartedly recommend this firm.

Renewvate reviewed the plans and gave us a 4 page break down of the work, a total price, and a payment plan. They were conscious of our neighbours regarding noise and gave advise on several things we wanted to change on the spur of the moment. 2 other households asked us about Renewvate and what we thought of them. Both parties watched our work progress and then engaged Renewvate. The standard of work was so high in the bathroom they built, we engaged Renewvate to refresh our old bathroom as well. When you’re planning a build, I recommend that you include Renewvate in your list. I'm glad I did
