Thorough and efficient.

He called for an hour, between 14.00 and 15.00 hrs on Thus 7th March 2019. The following day Fri 8th the same boiler fault appeared again with the 'lock-out' light flashing on. He overcharged me £246 for the one hour callout and refused to give me a vat-registered invoice even on a second text message requesting it.

Kept his word and got the job done

I've used Warren for 15 years and his workmanship is excellent, the quality of his finish is superb and he is 100% reliable.
