The engineer Dan was very polite - explained what was required and why and then just got on with it, no mess, no fuss

Would avoid this company really - seem like a bunch of cowboys the engineer disconnected the shower and was not clear about this then the remediation work they are suggesting is hugely expensive and seems to need to rewire the whole flat
