  Delighted with our ground floor extension which also integrated the kitchen, dining room and lounge and fitting of a new kitchen. Renown were well organised in all aspects including interacting with the building inspector and structural engineer. Renown were friendly and courteous and kept us informed. They were fully committed and looked after our interests, managing costs effectively. They responded positively and fairly to changes. The local authority issued a completion certificate with no issues. Renown proved to be reliable, trustworthy and very good at what they do.

  Standard of work was exemplary. We were kept informed every step of the way. We were provided with useful cooking gadgets to ensure we could continue to cook. Everything was cleaned up every day and we were pleased with how little mess was created. End to end this was a really good experience and I’d thoroughly recommend.
