Excellent, polite and efficient service

Rentokil were exceptional from start to finish. We had to engage an electrician which had to be found externally as Rentokil people had been furloughed and he took advantage of the Corona situation charging £200 an hour. I was snookered and was not aware this work was required but had no choice - pay or do not get the work done.

Good quality clean and tidy

Following a inspection report were the tenant raised an issue of damp I engaged Rentokil to carry out a survey. Rentokil's findings were that the problem was condensation due to drying laundry in the room effected without any heating/ventilation. In addition to advice on this particular problem the surveyor also offered advice on other aspects of the property where action could be taken to prevent any future damp issues. I was most impressed with the surveyor because there was no attempt to manufacture work and was very knowledgeable and explained clearly as to all aspects of his survey. .

Excellent service from initial contact, through survey to treatment. Friendly but professional, kept fully informed throughout, took great effort to minimise disruption to us. Recommend without reservation.
