Repair force have been prompt to send out engineers to fix the several issues with our Smeg oven. Both Maurice and Antonio arrived on time, were courteous and professional in their work. They were tidy and polite. They quickly worked out the issues and did their best to fix them as quickly as possible. Having had numerous oven operational issues and therefore visits from them both, I can safely say they are both great at their jobs so I highly recommend Repair Force as a result. Thanks all!

Their engineer broke our working washing machine and they failed to send another to fix this since 2 weeks. The staff in the office is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and disrespectful. Everything they mention about customer service on their website is a complete lie. So if you want an incompetent engineer taking parts out that he can't put back in over 2 hours and untrained office staff then this is the company for you.
