Survey and Repair
After a failure of my garage door I was expecting to have to change quite a bit, at least the spring and I was prepared for the cost. The honesty of the enginneer was amazing, turnes out to be a quick job and a small service of the parts. Lesson learned, keep your garage door serviced. To adjust automated garage door that wasn't opening and closing properly.
What a quality, professional guy Mark is, he and his associate turned up on time with a 5 minute text prior to arrival (very professional). No call out charge, no bull trying to up the price of the job, he just went ahead and did what was required to fix the problem. Garage alarm wouldn’t switch off when activated
Fantastic and quick service!! no actual work needed just straightening out of wire encased in the rubber at the bottom! Very friendly and helpful man! Many thanks will definitely use in future and recommend anybody who needs work doing! especially helpful for my 70 year old parents when the actual company who fitted it didn’t want to know (Anglican) and left them worrying about safety!
