Fast, efficient service
Excellent service throughout. Communication created a little too many messages backwards and forwards, but otherwise the service was great: fast, prompt, good communication. Dishwasher would not drain. Issue with slow leak into the base tray.
Overall Repair Masters provided a solid service. Zhi turned up on a bike (so no issues with parking) and was on time. The repair was fast and efficient and he took the time to explain what the issue was and what he was doing to resolve it.
