Our garden was a complete mess before they started and they have transformed the area into a really nice, usable area.....and its level!!!!! • Re-cover two asphalt flat rooves, clean and repair gutters, replace chimney leading, replace tiles

  Reputable roofing initially came within two hours of our discovering a leak in one of the two rooms that have flat rooves (insurance co. Had refused to help) and made a temporary repair that worked until they were able to return and re-cover the roof with a three- layer, torch on felt system. We asked them to inspect our other flat roof and the pitched roof. CEO Sonny did this, taking photos of what he saw and reporting to us that 66-year-old chimney leading was cracked, as were some tiles and the second flat asphalt roof. We are very happy with the work, which is guaranteed for ten years.

• Repair of leak at rear of property.

  After surveying the needs, the company advised to replace the batons and felt at the back of the property to fix the leak. They sent round a friendly and professional roofer to perform this work, who was really efficient and completed the work in just a few hours, which was amazing. Unfortunately, the work didn't actually address the leak. I contacted the company and they immediately sent the roofer back to rectify the problem and they finished up the work within just a few hours. Throughout the people involved have been both efficient, polite and have tried to minimise disruption to me.

• Replace a flat roof

  This flat roof leaked badly after the recent heavy rains - water running through my kitchen ceiling. Sonny sent two men round to fix it quite quickly but their work made no difference to the leak. He came himself the next day promising to fit some ‘ lead work’ which turned out not to be lead at all. The rain continued to leak through - I sent him a picture to show this but he is now not responding to my texts. I have now had another roofer and a builder inspect the sealing work and they say the ‘lead’ needs completely replacing.
