Richard Smart just outsources the work to sub contrctors and avoids all responsibility. I am begining court action and I have had to bring in another company to finish. He has been evasive and dishonest throughout the process.

The client was fully aware that RES are a managment company and have the required trades to complete all aspect of works that we offer, RES confirm the project has not one that we are proud off, what the client fails to mention is that the kitchen was supplied with a number of defective or incorrect parts that took months and month to have replaced or delivered and when delivered were still incorrect, we agreed a course of action to resolve the clients issues, the fitter comments were we would never be able to satisfy this customer, the client has also failed to advise the RES has confirmed we would pay the fitter that they claim they have employed.
