Had an urgent leak that needed attending to on a Saturday morning. Tenant was without water. Wasn't expecting it to be cheap but given the situation the price quoted was reasonable and the leak was fixed promptly and invoice matched quote (no extras added)

Communicated via text which I preferred and arranged a date to find the leak we had in the house. Plumber was friendly, found the leak and luckily for us they had the spare parts in the van so was fixed the same day. Was clear on pricing throughout. Thank you very much. Would recommend.

Responded within hours! Attended within 24hrs so water could be turned back on. Returned following day to replace shower unit. Faultless!!!

Anual boiler service

I received a prompt response to my request. A member the team visited later the same day when an airlock was stopped. This visit was followed by a visit early the following day when the work was carried out quickly and efficiently/ Thank you. I shall make contact again when other work is required.
