  Installed all plumbing in new extension for kitchen/diner. Latter decision made to install water based underfloor heating to new extension and existing living room.

  The number of days stated above is approximate as they came as and when required to fit in with the builder's timetable, which was key to the progress of the project. They were friendly, considerate and accommodating, and worked diligently. I am very happy with the finished result.

  New boiler installed

  Under floor heating, full central heating change

  Brilliant work carried out by these guys, worked full days without stopping to get the job done. Came up with ideas we hadn’t thought of, which improved cost and efficiency. When I asked for a couple of extra bits, no moaning or groaning, just done it for me.. very clean and polite. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  Underfloor heating, central heating radiator alterations, kitchen and bathroom installations

  We have known RES Southern for a number of years and used on numerous projects covering all works need for plumbing and heating installation including Kitchen and Bathrooms and have no hesitation in highly recommending this work on behalf of Charles Dean Developments Ltd - Westerham Builders Bromley
