  Roof survey - major issue

  I had a roof survey done prior to purchasing a property and the service was very prompt as per my previous review. No issues with the roof were discovered and only recommendations were to replace soffits and guttering. Upon moving in we discovered a leak and when roofer had a look at the roof there was significant Ingress of water which has caused considerable damage to tiles, batons and roof joists. The roofer said that this should have been picked up in a survey. We are now facing a £15000 bill to correct the issue which we could have asked the seller to rectify. Very disappointing

  Replace flat roof

  As the water is coming in through the joints we are unimpressed. He is also not answering phone calls etc so Should be avoided

  this job wasnt through checkatrade and they didnt pay me in full at the end of the job so they never got a garantee

  Leaking kitchen roof

  Initially James' customer service was very good ( Oct 2022) ,responsive & polite and job completed quickly. The roof was repaired and a 30 year guarantee was reassuring. It started leaking in Sept 23, James took some time to reply but eventually came out and added some more flashing. It started leaking again in Feb 24 and it took until May 24 after multiple texts, and voice messages for James to come back to me. He asked for a video as proof after which his tone became rude and unprofessional. I sent a 2nd video which he has not replied to and he has not returned any of my calls since.
