Last night I spilled red nail polish all over my cream carpet and thought it was ruined. Harry came to the rescue and provided an exceptional service from start to finish. He was quick to respond, calm, and incredibly professional, which immediately put me at ease in what felt like a hopeless situation. He clearly knows exactly what he’s doing and took the time to explain the process The result? Completely spotless. You’d never know it happened. Professional, reliable, and genuinely excellent. Highly recommend.

Efficient and helpful. Explanation before work was concise and very understandable . The actual carpet cleaning did not impead me at all. House left looking immaculate.
