I do not know how well the job of replacing brokem tiles and the ridge repointing was done. I do know that the promised and chased twice paperwork has failed to materialise. I would not reuse this contractor.

Second time I have used this company and more than happy with the work carried out.

I rang to get a quote for some repointing to a chimney stack. They answered the phone straight away and said that they would go round later that day to check what works would be required and then give me a price. Seemed nice and polite on the phone.
