Architect Service
Emily came to visit our property and to assess the work we wanted doing. She was very polite and professional and was keen to help us create the outcome we desired. She has been prompt with the various parts of the process and responsive to emails enquiries when sent. I invited other architects to bid for the project whom are no-doubt good at what they do but Emily had the personal touch which made my partner and I feel that she was the right person to hire for the job. Planning approval for landscaping and structures in the front, side and back gardens
Emily was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning application. She reassured us on the first meeting that all would go to plan and gave us confidence. Architectural design
We loved working with Emily. She understood the space we wanted to create and worked with us through the concept and drawing phase creatively finding a solution to our upstairs that we hadn't considered. She helped us get through a difficult planning process, has a strong network and understands the process thoroughly - able to advise on timeframes and correct protocol. I engaged Emily of Reynolds Design for two projects, design and planning for a complicated commercial to residential flat conversion and also a feasibility study on a different property.
