They came very quickly and fitted the new guttering in February 2024 after a lot of rain. There was a leak today May 22nd, during more sustained rainfall. When I managed to get through to them on the phone they came straight away to adjust the guttering. The cause was buildup from our nieghbour's guttering.

First call not answered although a lady called me and said I would receive a call. Nobody called.

Having received 2 calls about wanting to see the work required they did not come back with a confirmed appointment. Called them to clarify the position and had no response

After. Storm damage Robert came very quickly to assess the damage and promised to try and reschedule some work so it could be repaired before rain caused further damage. Work was carried out the following week . They worked really hard. Took all rubbish away leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Very happy with the work and would definitely use them again

Work completed to my satisfaction, and in a tidy manner. Very pleased with it.
