Great customer service from RFM windows from original purchase to fitting. Friendly, polite and helpful fitters. No mess left behind, all clean and tidy. Very satisfied with both the new windows and heritage doors. Make a huge difference to the appearance of property, a great improvement on the old. Great products at a really good price. Would definitely use RFM again. Highly recommended, professional from start to finish.

This company quoted an extremely fair price and went the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. All of our existing double glazed units were replaced with new sliding sash units. The teams turned up when they said they would, kept us informed at all times, were very neat and left everything tidy when they left at the end of each day. When the job appeared to be going to take a bit longer they drafted in another team to keep things on track. Great service all round.

RFM Windows promptly carried out a survey of my windows and issued a quote t replace 16 glass units. They gave the most competitive bid and installed two weeks later with no fuss or problem. I would use again.
