  Terrible Experience with Reece Francis

  Reece carried out a complete roof replacement as well as repairs to our extension roof last year and we are not at all happy with the service he provided or how much he charged for substandard workmanship. He was acerbic to deal with and remarkably unprofessional in his communication with us and is now completely ignoring our requests for him to come and assess the functional issues we have with a box gutter that he repaired. Reece added over 2k to our bill without discussing the additional work with us before he carried it out and it turned out that the work was required due to his own error

  John was great - had a look at the roof and said "We'll do it next week." Turned up first thing Monday morning and did a great job, and tidied up afterwards. Thanks John.

  Roof repairs

  I recently had my roof repaired by Reece and would thoroughly recommend him. He has a tremendous work ethic and seems to pay attention to detail in all stages of work. He has a very polite and understanding manner to him.I will definitely get him back to do other jobs in future.

  Extractor fan external cover installation

  Reece has helped us out before and did a great job this time too, helping to replace our external extractor fan cover near the top of of house. Not only did he secure this in multiple different ways (the last one had blown off) but he also came out to us within a couple of days of me sending photos, which was fantastic. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Reece again for any roofing-related works that need doing, and no hesitation in recommending him to others.

  Fabulous Roofer and a real find…..

  After 4 failed attempts by other Roofers, we finally came upon Reece. What can I say? He is a real find. Even though we had a new roof installed about 2 years ago, we had so many issues, which Reece resolved. Apart from repairing the main roof, he repaired a small flat roof which others had made a mess of previously. He fixed the roof on an Old Forge building in my garden & carried out some repointing for me. Reece is diligent, professional & hard working. He offers really great value for his work. I actually don’t think that he charges enough! I can’t recommend him enough.
