I have had work done on a couple of times and have found Mike and his team very professional. They have just finished repointing my chimney and checked ridge tiles for me. They also did quite a bit of putting up new guttering to the front of my house and alongside an extension. They were very friendly and tidied up after themselves.

Following a significant leak through the roof and bedroom ceiling a mid-evening call was answered next day and the owner came round the day after to assess the situation. It had not then rained since the thunderstorm and rain was not forecast so not urgent. Two very pleasant members of his team then came. The 1930's roof had not been felted so they fitted that in the area and cleaned and replaced the tiles. They were very careful, even manoeuvering the scaffold tower round our roses. Continuous explanation of findings and advice was given. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended

We are very pleased with the work completed to the rear elevation of our listed property. The team worked in a professional manner providing daily updates on progress. Issues identified were explained clearly and fixed within the timeframe agreed for the work.

I highly recommend R F Squibb & Sons. Mike is upfront, honest and great at communicating, I was given realistic timescales and the work was booked in exactly when I was told it would be. Everyone who came to my property to complete the work was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and tidy.

Mike Squibb carried out a survey of our roof and suggested that we needed our membrane replaced, battens renewed and broken tiles replaced leading renewed to stop the ingress of water. An excellent team of skilled roofers came and explained as the job was in progress what the various problems they found and confirmed that they were able to solve these anomalies. All the tiles were then carefully selected and all verges very neatly installed and the ridge tiles were expertly embedded correctly. The final problem was then fixed on the sunroom with cleverly leaded work that has solved the problem

This was the third time we have had roofing works done at our house and the workmanship has always been excellent. No complaints and would recommend
