Great service and friendly engineer.
Mr Sparks came to conduct an EICR as part of the sale requirements for my home. He was polite, courteous and above all professional. He messaged before arrival to keep me informed and arrived on time. He carried out the work with minimal fuss (despite the dog barking at him through the door) and explained what he was doing throughout.
