Alarmsmart have been great throughout the process. We have just moved into our new home and asked for them to be flexible with timings and they have been great. Alex came and fitted the alarm for us, he was friendly, left the place really tidy and managed to even fit it in the places we wanted which required a bit of extra rewiring. He then helpfully set us up on the app and walked us through the different steps. I would definitely recommend alarm smart to others, it's also so great you can control it via an app as well as the typical panel.
