Job location: DA8Problems with Pigeons as i live adjacent to a conservation area. My well being was hugely impacted by the disruptions. So much poops droppings and messing surrounding areas so much that we could not use the back garden. Moss also became a massive issue in recent years. Ricky went up and in no time provided a report on the health of my roof with photographic evidence. Pointed out exactly what needs to be done including general maintenance of the gutters, fascias, resealing lead flashings, fixing broken down pipes, installing solar panel mesh, installing bird spikes, moss treatment.10 Roof tiles missing

Had a lot of dripping that was staining the wall. R Garratt roofing came out and inspected the area and rest of roof. The moss had built up and gathered in the gutter causing the water overflow.
