Took down an old dry stone retaining wall and rebuilt using sand and cement
I was highly delighted with the new wall, Richard worked hard every day, erecting a gazebo so he could work on the days when it rained. From start to finish this has been a very positive experience. I would certainly use Richard again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

2 patio areas laid
Very polite and professional guys. Extremely pleased with my patio areas and am now awaiting quote for additional work.I would highly recommend richard and his team.They are all hard working reliable honest and great at what they do.Also very happy to give advce and ideas which I needed. Another stone circle laid in the garden, with variations
Excellent - again! Richard added his own thoughts and suggestions to ours making it, once again, a superb job. No way could we fault anything about this company. Have already recommended R G Build to our neighbours.

Digging up the remains of a lawn and preparing the ground as suitable for laying a paved stone circle, 2.4m diam.Stone circle in the garden.
Absolutely spot on!. Richard was very professional at all times. The garden was kept tidy throughout. The stone circle looks exactly as I'd hoped and now I am trying to decide what to do with the rest of the garden. I will be contacting Richard when the time comes; wouldn't hesitate in using him again and recommending him to friends. He was punctual, worked very hard, was very polite and made every effort to adhere to our self-isolation.

Supporting wall to steps built at front of house
Enquired about getting a wall re-built properly as we had previously had someone do a bad job. RG Builds came to have a look and sent me a quote within a day or two. He said he could squeeze us in that week as it was important we made the steps safe for the children ASAP. Absolutely amazed how neat and tidy the work was from start to finish, the guys were pleasant, punctual and very professional. Richard is a perfectionist and his attention to detail meant the finished wall was better than I could have imagined. Lovely guy, will definitely recommend

Repointing of a stone garage
Richard arrived when he said he would, completed the work to a very high standard as quoted, was very tidy and kept me informed at all stages. He was friendly and would definitely use RG Build again
