Lost both sets of keys to my front and back door. Was lucky enough to find Reece’s number and he came within the hour and quickly got me back into my house and changed both locks for me. Can not fault the service. Quick , reliable and cost friendly. Would use again without a doubt and would recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith

Phoned RG locksmith which Reece come out and changed my normal locks to anti snap which has made us feel safer, on time and very tidy

Our key snapped in the lock late at night so I needed it doing that night. So I gave this company a call. Within the hour reece turned up and changed my lock, so I could sleep peacefully knowing my house was locked. I was really happy with his services and found him a lot cheaper than others in the area. Thanks again and would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time, then he started work on my bifold locks, he said my lock was not broken but the top lock and bottom lock need adjusting with a special tool which he didn't have on him at the time. He said he would be back to finish the job. After a number of texts, he said he would not be coming back because he was having family issues and if I could get someone else out to do it. So I've been left with two locks off the door and then I have no choice than to take further actions.

Reece was exceptional and changed the locks so quickly. His work was neat and tidy. He is a real polite gentleman and made it look all Hessle free for me by accepting payment via simple bank transfer. Recommended as quality and reliable trades person.

Wanted to install locks in 2 interior wooden doors in my flat I bought my own locks and handles in case and showed it to him. He had is own locks. The 1st door was not top bad the 2nd door done was awful to look at . The escutcheons were missing which he only kited after drilling the holes , left with a big hole on my door, upsetting! The shape made on both doors was larger and not the same shape as the locks . Didnt have he is own wooden filler so offered mine and it still looked awful. One of the locks had sloped abit deeper. The door rim was cracked .It looked very unprofessional
