Robert came at short notice to diagnose an issue with a boiler being “stuck on”. He clearly explained possible problems, the options available and the likelihood of success. Once the way forward was agreed, he fitted a new boiler as quickly as he could given the fact that “quality engineers” are never not busy. He communicated regularly, fixed the issue when he said he would, was near and tidy and resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Robert

Needed a local Gas Engineer for a BTL property boiler issue, so glad we found Rob. Rob is a very a knowledgeable and trustworthy tradesman. Fitted a new boiler at short notice, very efficient and very communicative. Will be using for any future BTL properties. Highly recommend.

Rob came to help with an issue I had and spent some time looking into the potential problem and gave good advice, making the effort to come round even in heavy snow.

His work was good he knew straight away what it could be.
