Richie and the team at RG Property Restoration Services have done an amazing job on the back elevation of our Victorian terrace in Gosforth. They removed the unwanted paint finish and then completely repointed the entire facade with lime mortar. They undertook several repairs as they went, removing cement from the face of the bricks, restoring a brick corbel and replacing some poor quality repairs from the end of the twentieth century. The transformation is incredible. It is worth every penny. The team were so hardworking, friendly, approachable and experts at their craft. Highly recommended.

Ritchie and the team fully restored the Sandstone, re-pointed the brick work and chemically cleaned all on the front of my property. The team were extremely professional and efficient and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. My experience with Richie and team has been fantastic from day one. The guys came to view the project and we talked through the use of the Stonehealth TORC system for paint removal on my yard wall over any chemical based removal to keep my garden and soil safe. The guys worked tirelessly to protect my plants and the yard and the TORC system worked extremely well at removing all the paint while also protecting the brick from damage. The guys then repointed with lime based mortar and finished it perfectly and neatly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Lovely guys and great to work with!

Ritchie and the team did an unbelievable job for us. We have a 4 storey victorian house in badly need of restoration. Ritchie recommended removing all paint from the sandstone and bricks, full repointing in lime mortar, repair of a large number of sandstone lintels and other repairs to the sandstone mouldings. The team were friendly, courteous and professional on a large job over more than 3 months. The work that they have done looks top notch and is a pleasure to look at. A builder working at a neighbours called the work 'a piece of art'. I have no hesitation in recommending RGPRS.
