Richy came out the same day I contacted him to look at our boiler, he gave us a few options but with the age of the boiler we decided to get a new one. They came out on a Saturday, fitted the new boiler and talked us through how to use it in 2-3 hours. So efficient, so helpful, would 100% use RGW again

Excellent service, not only did they come out on a Saturday to fit in with my needs, but being a woman living on my own I was delighted that there was a female engineer present. Service was swift efficient and they did a very neat job of sealing the piles and left my place clean and tidy. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend for a high quality, reliable service.

RGW have done a few different jobs in our house. Every time we call Richard is always so helpful and comes as soon as he can. All work carried out has been done to a high standard and we will definitely use again when we have more plumbing needs !
