We were having work carried out on the outside of our house and it revealed that we needed work to our roof. We were recommended R Harris Roofing. Russell came promptly to give us a quote and fitted us in at short notice. Workmanship was very good, he kept us informed of what was happening at each stage of work. Very polite and punctual. We would highly recommend him.

Very pleased with the service offered from the prompt visit to assess the work needed, explanation of intended repair to a chimney and estimate of costs. Scaffolding being included was a convenient option. I was kept updated with how things were progressing with the work, during a time of changeable weather and additional problems found were also rectified. I would recommend Russell Harris roofing as he provided a friendly, efficient and well priced repair to our chimney and roof.

When a chimney’s crumbling and the roof’s leaking, the usual response is “Well… we should really replace your whole roof!” Not much help for those of us who still need to eat! So Russell was a breath of fresh air, identifying the leak and quoting for the most cost-effective repair. Repointing and flaunching the chimney, stripping the affected roof area and replacing with permeable waterproof felt and new batons. All carried out on the earliest dry day with the help of nimble and cheerful Harvey. It was amazing to watch and a pleasure to have them. Thank you so much!
