    Very disappointed

    Tried to con us by saying that there were items that had 'failed' that were not part of the inspection, as per the Electrical Safety First guidelines. Then wanted £500 to fix all the 'faults' which took us with basic DIY skills less than an hour and a half to complete. Also tried to charge us extra for the re-inspection. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again. Very disappointed.

    We were asked to provide an EICR for your rented property which was unsatisfactory due to multiple failed items. We provided you a report which listed what had failed and what was recommended for change. We had communication via email everything broken down for you and explained what had failed on the report and what was a recommendation. You wanted to complete the works yourself and asked us to reinspect once this had been done. We advised it would cost £80 plus VAT to inspect the work and re test. You was provided with a satisfactory EICR. Your review is unfair and not a true reflection.

    Ceiling fan installation
