  Emergency replacement of bathroom including floor

  I brought in Rich after a partial collapse of my bathroom floor needing an emergency repair and complete replacement of the bathroom suite, fittings and tiling He responded quickly and started work within a week or so of receiving his quote, which was competitive, fully detailed and fixed price. He was skilled and experienced in performing the work, which was completed to a very good standard, within the schedule and to the agreed budget. He cleaned up after himself and respected my property at all times. I really can’t fault him. Thanks Rich, and well done !

  Bathroom refitted

  Rich refitted our tiny ensuite bathroom. He removed the old furniture, took down the tiles and disposed of the rubbish. He had a good isea of what would be needed before he started. He told me about and sorted problems with the previous plumbing as they came up. I was working a lot of the time and he kept me up to date via text and even went to fetch some materials on my behalf as I wouldn't be able to pick them up in time. He gave us ideas on how to make the bathroom feel bigger and listened to what we said. He tidied up after himself everyday. He came to fix the snagging list promptly

  En-suite Bathroom Installation

  Highly recommend Rich. I had Rich install a new en-suite within our master bedroom from scratch. A few challenges along the way, as all projects have, however Rich was able to work through these with ease and excellent problem solving. Will definitely be using Rich in the future.

  Bathroom tiled floor to ceiling and kitchen splash backs

  I have had R Henry Bathrooms do work twice so far he tiled my bathroom from floor to ceiling and done an amazing job so much so we had him back to tile the kitchen just recently, he tile the kitchen slash backs and from job to top of the extractor fan again he did a great job Will definitely recommend him and use him again

  Total bathroom refurbishment

  I couldn't recommend Richard and his team enough. I was a bit nervous of the thought of having my bathroom done but after meeting Richard and him talking us through the process it really put our minds at ease. While doing the job he talked us through every step and finished to a very high standard and on schedule. We're so happy with our new bathroom

  Complete bathroom refit

  From start to finish we were kept informed what was going to happen each day and when other trades would be coming. Any obstacles were discussed and resolved together and we felt Rich even went above and beyond to make sure the finish was perfect, suggesting little extras to improve on our vision. We were very impressed with the service we received and the job was finished within the time frame given. We would definitely recommend Rich Hendy Bathrooms.
