Lovely guy - called him out as was trapped in the house and he managed to get us out and fix it without replacing anything and didn’t charge. Would highly recommend!

My key is used to turn the lock hardly. I am always thinking of replacing a new lock. Yesterday I left the key at home and the door locked. Joe arrived punctually and solve the problem immediately. When I asked him should I replace the lock because it is hardly to turn, he explained to me the problem is not about the lock, it is about the door frame. He teach me to find a window and door supplier to fix the door. I see Joe is not only a friendly locksmith, he is a honest guy too.

Booked Joe in to change 3 door locks and a upvc window mechanism, he arrived on time when he said he would, was very thorough, clean, tidy and informative throughout the whole job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Joe

Joe attended at the time agreed and managed to get the window open using specialist equipment. He then advised me of the broken piece went away to purchased the item and then came straight back and fitted it so the window is now fully functional again. All completed in around 2 hours. Would definitely use again and would also recommend to family and friends.

After I messed up a simple lock change , called out Rhino for help and he completed the job. Highly recommended.
