What can I say? We had a leaky toilet at work, and Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and it turned out to be a bigger job than we initially expected. He sourced the parts, came back the next day, and completed the repair within a very reasonable timeframe. His communication throughout was excellent, the quality of his work was outstanding, and he’s a genuinely friendly, trustworthy, and approachable guy. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. He continued to correspond with us and supported us to get the right equipment equipment needed Richard completed the job in the time it specified and to a high specification He was very polite, and I would highly recommend him

First time using Richard's plumbing services and he has been excellent. Reasonable price and all work completed as requested and only a short time after initial enquiry/quote. We will be using him again.

After being let down by another plumbing firm & others "too busy" Richard explained over the phone, after sending him a picture gave immediate quote for the work. Polite & friendly, told me would call me before he came - which he did, did the job mess free & left me with a fully working cistern. A large, well known company that previously (less than 20 months changed the internals on my toilet offered NO help - stating 12 months only guarantee) - The part Richard fitted came with the box stating clearly a 10 year guarantee. So I am more than happy with Richard & WILL recommend him to others.

Thank goodness for Richard coming to the rescue after trying to get the diaphragm sorted for my toilet for over a month with other plumbers with no success! After sending pictures of the problem Richard replied quickly and let me know how much it would be and when he could come. He came on time as agreed and was polite and friendly, would recommend ^_^
