Thank goodness for Richard coming to the rescue after trying to get the diaphragm sorted for my toilet for over a month with other plumbers with no success! After sending pictures of the problem Richard replied quickly and let me know how much it would be and when he could come. He came on time as agreed and was polite and friendly, would recommend ^_^

Richard was very helpful, the fix wasn't straightforward as one of the taps had become welded to the basin with decades of rust, but he found a way to get both of them working again!
