  Rang and spoke to Lee who gave me some helpful advice over the phone but felt there was a bit more to the issues I was experiencing with damp in my property. He came and carried out an extensive survey and estimate for works. The property is rented out and the feedback from the tenant was very positive. The work was carried out professionally and the finish was great.

• Investigation of water penetration in the kitchen

  Lee visited promptly and made a rapid assessment concluding that the extensive damp in the kitchen was coming from a leaking water pipe and not through the damp course. He recommended contacting a plumber to sort out the problem. Lee's clear, honest and objective assessment was extremely useful and I would have absolutely no hesitation in contacting Rhino Remedial again. Highly recommended.

  We called Rhino Remedial to aid us during our house selling when we ran into difficulties with the invalid guarentees and shoddy work by the tradespeople. We found damp issues in the new house, so we brough them in to complete a room. And they took great measures to keep the space as clean as possible. Their work was meticulous and the plasterwork was great. They worked with the plumber to ensure they made it all seamless. Would recommend

• Extensive timber and damp treatment

  My property had extensive wet and dry rot to the ground floor joists, floorboards and rising damp to several walls. Lee quickly identified the issues, explained everything and answered all my questions. Lee and his team expertly replaced the joists, floors and treated all the damp. Lee kept me updated throughout with photos and videos. Lee and his teams expertise and workmanship was fantastic and each stage of the works were completed to the very highest standard. • Damp chimney breast

  I called Lee after noticing I had a damp chimney breast causing mould. Not only did he recommend a brilliant roofer to fix the problem, he came and repaired the damp wall internally. He and his team arrived on time, boxed off the area to minimise dust and mess, within two and a half days they had cut out the damp area and replastered the wall. The team were polite, friendly, highly skilled, very efficient and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to call Lee again. He has also helped my neighbour and done a superb job there too! Thank you Lee.
