Excellent value, prompt timeline and excellent customer service

very friendly and clear on what was needed/ the process of the change. From moment of their first response to the job to the time the job was completed, the communication was great and timely.

Excellent service from Chris. Although it wasn't an emergency, he was able to come the day I phoned him. He assessed the problem and suggested a suitable solution. He was also happy to look at another lock which was becoming worn as well. He returned a week later (Easter intervened) and has replaced both. Tidy and clean workmanship.

We experienced a highly professional, swift and efficient service from Rhodes to Security when my elderly parents accidentally locked themselves out of their home.
