Our uPVC french doors were closed and locked but would not unlock. Chris was able to get the doors open and replace the broken parts in little over half an hour - all at a very reasonable price. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again if ever necessary.

Amazing service, we are so lucky that Chris is in Billingshurst. Our patio door lock broke, he was with us in less than an hour and has replaced the mechanisms in both doors. Clearly knows his stuff and as a bit of a perfectionist he even adjusted everything so the doors now close better than they ever did. Highly impressed and would definitely recommend. So much better service than these national companies that pretend they are local. Thank you.

Recently used Christian again as our front door had completely broken and we were unable to use it to leave the house. He came out quickly and managed to remove the broken lock and replace it. So grateful he was able to help us and always know he is 100% reliable. Highly recommend!

Excellent value, prompt timeline and excellent customer service

very friendly and clear on what was needed/ the process of the change. From moment of their first response to the job to the time the job was completed, the communication was great and timely.

Excellent service from Chris. Although it wasn't an emergency, he was able to come the day I phoned him. He assessed the problem and suggested a suitable solution. He was also happy to look at another lock which was becoming worn as well. He returned a week later (Easter intervened) and has replaced both. Tidy and clean workmanship.
