After losing hot water & heating, I called Rhyder Clash and they sent out an engineer the same day. They inspected our very old back boiler, explained clearly why it couldn’t be repaired, and talked us through the options for a replacement. The follow-up quote was detailed and transparent. Murray and Adam arrived early, installed the new boiler system efficiently, and even saved us money by finding a more efficient way to complete the job. Louise at "HQ" kept us fully informed and reassured throughout. A genuinely professional, skilled, and customer‑focused company — highly recommended.

After 28 years I’ve finally found plumbing and heating engineers that deliver. These guys are really good. Prompt, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10.

From the initial enquiry, costings and the quality of work cannot fault the team. Our project was a complete refurbishment of a bungalow with new heating system and completely new bathrooms, kitchen, shower and utility room. Always willing to discuss the project and agree a way forward to ensure the complete works done to our satisfaction. Had a couple of emergency call outs on a separate project and were there with a very short space of time and carried out the essential repairs. Definitely would recommend this company again

We just had a pressurized, hot water cylinder fitted by Murray and Adam at Rhyder Clash plumbing and heating an excellent job was done by the boys very professional. I’m very friendly also Louise talk to me through everything explaining what was going to happen and also offering aftercare help and advice they even installed it in the loft so I gained an extra cupboard thanks guys.I would definitely recommend this company and use them again without a doubt. Found them to be very courteous and helpful. Boiler service carried out quickly and efficiently by a very pleasant engineer that took time to explain findings . Everything left clean and tidy too. Have also booked the company for a revamp of my bathroom They came round to measure up , listened to what I envisaged bathroom to look like and then offered suggestions to meet what we required. Looking forward to having work completed by a firm that is a pleasure to deal with.
