Called Richard to see if he could help my father with a broken CH and HW controller. Father is in Devon I live in Oxon. Richard said he could pop around that afternoon. That is what he did and fixed the problem. Saved me a 400 mile round trip and returned warmth the my father’s home. Great job and thank you.

Wiring that was deemed safe was carefully tested while much of my downstairs sockets had to be rewired. We had a new consumer unit and earthing replaced.
