Scott visited to give a quote. Polite and respectful of my home. Has excellent knowledge of blinds and was able to advise and give ideas. Quote promptly arrived and was within my planned budget so was able to go ahead and order. Blinds were fitted today and the finished result is excellent. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Richards blinds.
