Recently had some work done and I couldn't be happier ......the work was amazing the staff were all so nice would recommend to any one

Hired Jon as he convinced me that he was different to other trades, he would be reliable and honest. That was not true. The job started over a week late (after already waiting 4 weeks to start), usual excuses of accident, the van broken down etc. Said the whole job would take 5 days, they would be there until done. Took weeks. Poor quality work which he had to come back and fix, so don't finalise payment until 100% satisfied. I overlaid by £200 he promises to refund but the disappeared.

Words cannot describe the amazing job Jon and his team have done in my garden! From the very beginning Jon come out instantly, gave me some great ideas to do in my garden and gave me a very competitive quote. I was a bit reluctant thinking due to the competitive price, the job wasn’t going to be the best. But was I wrong! Jon and his team have done a brilliant job and really transformed my garden. Jon is by far the most hard working person I have met in my life. Jon promised to complete the job within the week for the kids and come out to us in all hours to make sure he kept his promise.

I must say the lads at Richards innovations are amazing! They showed up every morning at the time they said they would, and were most respectful. They are really friendly and professional I would recommend them to anyone! Am really happy with the work they carried out and will definitely have them back to complete some more.

So happy with the work Jon did on my garden. He was easy to work with, got the job done in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Would definitely recommend!
