So disappointed with our job its slap dash and a mess. No pride in workmanship whatsoever. Promised to return and put right and wont answer phone or return calls. Also took 3 days to clean up the mess after ,render everywhere, down windows slabs drive.

The customer was constantly disrespecting myself and another plasterer, who was helping on this occasion. When the job was completed, we walked around the property, and they clearly stated we’re happy with the work. This was done in front of witnesses. After this they paid me. They attempted to pay me in cash, a lot of the notes were of foreign currency, this is where the disagreement began. I will not return to the customers after a volley of verbal abuse, from the lady. The job was completed to the highest standards as are all my work. We also helped her out and done another job for her at her stables, this separate job was never paid for. Why would they pay if unhappy with the work? I’m afraid they are creating a problem just for the sake of it. In 37 years in the trade, I have not had a complaint as the other references show, I’m a quality tradesman.
