Additional flashing to chimney

We had additional flashing added to our chimney to prevent water ingress, this included welding of the lead seams. Mike came out quickly to look and then followed up with the work, which was done to an excellent standard. Photographs of finished job and a full explanation of work carried out was provided. I will be calling Riches Roofing next time I need work done.

To make a repair of a flat roof above a porch where contractors had made some damage.

Mike attended the job straight after his holiday, he was very responsive on my requests while he was away also. The job was completed to a professional manner and he sent me some photos after completion. I know what Mike's work is like anyway so this isn't any special treatment, just normal practise. He's a great lad and we regularly recommend him to our customers.

Sorted out leak and blockage

We thought we had a leaky gutter but it turned out to be a blocked downpipe and blocked drain . The work was done quickly and at short notice even though it turned out to be a different job to the one expected .Very reasonable and fair price with no unnecessary expense and really nice to deal with , can highly recommend !
