  Repaired boiler

  We had been having problems with our boiler for quite a while and had a few companies try to repair it but the issue persisted. Richmond Heating Service diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it in one day. We would recommend them highly.

  New Boiler

  Nothing is too much trouble for Leo, he is always cheerful and polite. He really knows what he is doing and all his advise is incredibly helpful. He is very fair with his pricing and does his best to save money if he can. Leo is very responsive to calls and messages and has more than once turned out very quickly to resolve a plumbing problem for us. I have already recommended Leo and would not hesitate to do so again.

  Identified issue, helped source and fit new part

  Leo did a great job. He made the effort to fit us into his tight schedule and ensured that he returned the next day to fit a new part. He was very knowledgeable (ours is an old system) and gave fair and helpful advice. He helped to source a hard to find part and was quick and efficient in the repairs. Highly recommended.

  New boiler fitted and associated pipework and thermostat

  Work was carried out very professionally with a comprehensive assessment of the requirements of the installation. Leo’s expertise was evident and his clear explanations were reassuring. We were delighted with all aspects of his work and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Fixed bathroom tap

  We used Leo before and were impressed by the quality of his work, his honesty and fair prices, and his excellent customer service so had no hesitation in asking him again to do a tap repair job in the bathroom. Leo was very professional, punctual, and polite, quickly identifying the root of the problem, explaining it to us clearly, and carrying out the fix efficiently.   New boiler supplied and fitted.

  I would highly recommend Richmond Heating Services. Prompt arrival, they carefully prepared the area to minimise debris from disconnection of the old boiler, calm and efficient connection of the new boiler with some additional external work to adhere to new regulations. Everything cleared up and properly tested prior to leaving. The boiler they recommended has proven to be a huge improvement and much quieter and highly efficient.
